King Oyster Mushroom Salad with butter and sage dressing

Salad with King Oyster Mushrooms… great taste, ideal wine accompaniment!

Servings: 2

• 10 stems of greek King Oyster Mushrooms
• 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
• 2 sliced garlic cloves
• 1 baby lettuce
• 10 dried sage leaves
• 5 cherry tomatoes
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• ½ cup of dry white wine
• salt and pepper

Cut the King Oyster Mushrooms into slices.
Heat the unsalted butter in a pan over medium heat and then add the garlic & sage.
Remove the sage and set aside for garnish.
Sauté the garlic & butter until golden.
Add the mushrooms and sauté them until they acquire a golden brown color.
Add the olive oil and wine and boil for 3 minutes on medium heat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing while still hot over the mushrooms and sprinkle with the sage.
In a deep bowl, place the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients and mix.
We serve our salad and place the slices of King Oyster Mushrooms on top.
