Crispy King Oyster mushrooms with sauteed vegetables

Crispy and juicy Greek King Oyster Mushrooms in the oven with colorful vegetables! Tasty twist the addition of strawberry!

INGREDIENTS
King Oyster Mushrooms
• 1 package King Oyster mushrooms
• 4 tbsp. olive oil
• 2 tbsp. vinegar
• Salt and pepper

For the sauteed vegetables
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 2 chopped green onions
• A little garlic powder
• 1 diced zucchini
• 1 chopped red pepper
• 1 tbsp. chives

• Optional: 2 strawberries

METHOD
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Cut the King Oyster mushrooms into round fillets & score them on the top.
In a large bowl, mix the mushrooms with the rest of the ingredients, place them in a pan & bake for 20′.
While the mushrooms are cooking, prepare the vegetables.
Melt the butter in a pan. Sauté the onions with the garlic powder for 2′ and then add the vegetables & continue on high heat for 5′.
We finish by adding the chives.
We set up our plate by placing the vegetables on the base and a King Oyster Mushroom fillet on top.
